What this skill does
Immediately upon receiving a task, it calls a resource skill to obtain specifications, usage knowledge, and decision planning knowledge.
It organizes the directory structure and identifies dependencies to break down the task into independent steps.
For each step, it outputs detailed execution information and waits for user confirmation before proceeding with coding.
After completing all steps, it performs a full-path smoke test if supported by the local environment. This includes six items: forward, backward, train-loop, val-loop, CL, and config, executed up to six times.
If a smoke test is not supported, a static requirements consistency check is conducted.
