**Last updated: 20 July 2026**
We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement, including notices consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK/EU procedures.
**Submitting a complaint**
Send your notice to support@mcpcart.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
2. Identification of the material on our Site you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. product URL).
3. Your full name, postal address, email address and, where available, telephone number.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
**What we do**
On receipt of a valid notice we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the material in question while we investigate. We will notify the affected party where appropriate.
**Counter-notice**
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@mcpcart.com including: identification of the removed material and its prior location; your contact details; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, for DMCA counter-notices, the relevant U.S. federal district court). We may restore the material unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings within a reasonable period.
**Repeat infringers**
We may terminate the accounts and licences of repeat infringers.
**Misuse**
Submitting knowingly false claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
