DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCE

This Digital Product Licence ("Licence") governs your use of digital products purchased from mcpcart.com ("Products"). It is granted by SPF PRO INC LTD, trading as SPF PRO / MCPCart ("we", "us") and forms part of our Terms of Service.

**1. Grant of licence**

Upon full payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install and use the Product.

**2. Permitted use**

- Use by you personally, or internally within your own business or organisation.
- Installation on devices and development environments under your control.
- Use of the Product to produce work and deliverables for yourself or your clients (the outputs you create with a Product are yours).
- Making private backup copies for your own use.

**3. Prohibited use**

- Reselling, renting, lending, redistributing or sharing the Product files with any third party, whether free or paid.
- Publishing Product files, in whole or substantial part, in public repositories, forums, file-sharing services or marketplaces.
- Removing or altering copyright, attribution or licence notices contained in the Product.
- Using the Product to create a directly competing product or catalogue of agent skills for sale.
- Claiming authorship of the Product itself.

**4. Team use**

One purchase covers use within one organisation for its internal purposes. If you require deployment across multiple separate legal entities, please contact support@mcpcart.com for licensing.

**5. Third-party and open-source components**

Products may contain, reference or depend on third-party or open-source components. Such components remain governed by their own licences, which take precedence for those components. Nothing in this Licence limits any rights you have under an applicable open-source licence.

**6. Updates**

Where a product page states that updates are included, updates are provided under this same Licence.

**7. Term and termination**

This Licence is effective from purchase and continues unless terminated. We may terminate the Licence if you materially breach it (including breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy). Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies of the Product. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including prohibitions and liability limitations) survive.

**8. Reservation of rights**

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SPF PRO INC LTD and, where applicable, its licensors.
