ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of mcpcart.com (the "Site") and all digital products purchased from it ("Products"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Site or Products you agree to this AUP.
**You must not:**
- Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including (without limitation) the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, data protection laws, export control laws and intellectual property laws.
- Use any Product to access, test, probe or interfere with systems, networks, accounts or data that you do not own or do not have explicit written authorisation to test.
- Use the Site or Products to create, distribute or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, fraud, or any content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful or otherwise harmful.
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publicly post Product files, in whole or in part, including in public code repositories.
- Scrape, crawl, copy or systematically extract content from the Site, or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with download limits, licensing mechanisms or any security feature of the Site or Products.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site or contacting support.
**AI tools**
When using Products with third-party AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI), you are responsible for complying with those providers' terms of service and usage policies in addition to this AUP.
**Enforcement**
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel orders, and revoke Product licences without refund where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached. We may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities. Questions: support@mcpcart.com.
