• Quarantine Management: Parsing errors move rows to an `.errors.csv` file with reasons indicated. If more than 20% of rows are quarantined, the process aborts to highlight potential structural issues.
• Output Generation: Processes output to a `.clean.csv` file without altering the original. A completion summary includes processed rows, quarantined entries, duplicates removed, and dates normalized or flagged.
