Technical details

• Comprised of two hooks from [affaan-m/ECC](https://github.com/affaan-m/ECC) at commit 4eb71d92a39cab44ad40ac9d8a6a5ccb4029d6c2, licensed under MIT and authored by Affaan Mustafa.
• Config protection is implemented via a script upstream-hooks/config-protection.py, which blocks edits on pre-existing config files, outputting diagnostics to stderr.
• The upstream-hooks/check-console-log.py script issues warnings for console.log usages, with its output directed to stderr while always allowing the edit.
• To install, place the skill in ~/.hermes/skills/ecc-session-guard/ within the directory structure, ensuring compliance with installation guidelines.
