TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mcpcart.com (the "Site") operated by SPF PRO INC LTD, trading as SPF PRO / MCPCart ("we", "us") and your purchase of digital products from the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

**1. Products**

We sell digital products only — AI agent skills, configuration files, prompts and related digital content ("Products"). No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, compatibility notes (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and requirements are set out on each product page.

**2. Orders and payment**

All prices are shown in the displayed currency at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud or misuse; in that case any amount paid will be refunded.

**3. Delivery**

Products are delivered digitally, immediately after successful payment, via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email. See our Shipping (Digital Delivery) Policy for details.

**4. Licence**

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install and use the Product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publicly post the Product or its files; claim authorship of the Product; or use the Product to build a directly competing catalogue of agent skills for sale. All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with SPF PRO INC LTD or the respective rights holders.

**5. Acceptable use**

You agree to use the Products lawfully. Products that relate to security topics (for example, penetration-testing or security-research skills) are provided strictly for lawful, authorised testing and educational purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party AI tools you use the Products with.

**6. Third-party tools**

Products are designed to work with third-party AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI). We are not affiliated with those providers, and we do not guarantee the continued availability, behaviour or pricing of any third-party tool. Changes to third-party tools may affect Product functionality.

**7. Updates and support**

Where a product page states that updates are included, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updates for compatibility and improvements. Support is provided by email at support@mcpcart.com.

**8. Refunds**

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

**9. Liability**

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from your use of Products with third-party tools; and our total liability in connection with any Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

**10. Consumer rights**

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is faulty or not as described.

**11. Governing law**

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections of your local law.
